Cancellation Policy: Events are charged at full price of booking if cancelled after being secured. If a game is cancelled do to rain or weather conditions full rate is charged and invoiced.
RAIN/SNOW LIMITATION: If rain or snow does not allow for complete game photo coverage full rate is billed & invoiced.
Secured dates are considered a confirmed event.
Refund or Credit Policy: A refund will be issued if SPORTSMEDIADB can not honor a booked event. A credit is applied for local events if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Out of town bookings REQUIRE 72 hours notice prior to date of event.
